By caring for our communities more than 40 years, we are the most experienced provider of hospice care in Michigan. Currently serving more than 4,000 patients annually in 50 counties, we’re also the largest not-for-profit hospice in our state, and among the largest recognized 501c3 non-profit advanced illness management organizations in the nation. We provide care for all—regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay. Last year, our commitment extended $4 million beyond what was reimbursed by insurance. Because we welcome those who are uninsured, or whose treatment is more expensive than what other hospices can provide, we depend on the financial support of our donors for the treatments, medications, services, grief support, and spiritual care of patients and families in need.
