What you'll do... Senior Partner, International Agency Partnerships. Location: Hoboken, San Bruno. Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Partner to build Walmart Connect's international agency strategy with the goal to grow agency partnerships outside the United States. You will be directly responsible for managing the health of your book of business consisting of cross border agencies within China to meet WMC US revenue goals. In addition, you will be responsible for influencing key ex-US WMC market’s agency approach and acting as a trusted ally to complement ex-US team’s local partnership with agencies. This role requires a sales leader that has experience and a deep understanding of the ex-US agency landscape and epitomizes a team player. You will not only cross-functionally lead your team by influence but also serve as a member of the Agency leadership team helping to drive initiatives that span outside your book of business. You will be a key voice across all partnerships and help to maintain and enhance team culture. Responsibilities. Building a strategy that drives results while strategically building a business for the future. Collaborate with cross functional international partners to develop and execute go to market plans to meet joint business partnership goals. Create scalable solutions that accelerate revenue across multiple countries, agencies and client types Experience with China based agencies or cross border agencies. Experience with reseller agencies. Experience with marketplace seller needs. Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development. Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of agency needs Evangelize WMC with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities and champion WMC product releases internally and externally. Minimum Qualification. BA/ BS degree required 14 years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects 3 years of people management, preferable within a digital media sales company. Experience across Independent Agencies or Holding Companies. Experience working in a global capacity. Experience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results. Experience building working relationships at all levels of sales management, especially VP Experience in working with retail media, programmatic and CTV platforms. Experience with technically integrations that enable agencies to scale revenue, especially APIs and Data Clean Rooms. Analytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomes. A self-starter who takes initiative and is action oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
