The Production Operators follow "recipes" to ensure the customers receive the ideal dry blended ingredients to flavor their products. This involves operation of a variety of production and processing equipment. Manufacturing products efficiently and within all customer specifications and quality standards. During a shift you may pull raw materials, measure, use lift trucks and/or cranes, monitor and document production results. Your attention to detail and maintaining safe processes will ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all government regulations and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role become leaders for other employees and consistently communicate with the production team! 4 Day Work Week! Our 1st Shift Works from 6:00 am - 4:30 am, Mon.-Thurs.! Overtime is Available, Usually Not Mandatory What You'll Need to Succeed: High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older Basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages accurately. 6 mo. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility. Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred. Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime. Must be self-motivated and conscientious. Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers. Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
