Collaborate with global peers and product management ensuring timely, effective resolutions. Manage and organize large datasets for self-service product portals. Build strong relationships with account teams and partner tiers to support sales needs. What You Will Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Experience: 2-4 years in a customer service or product support role. Aptitude: Strong customer focus and eagerness to learn new technical concepts.
