We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-oriented Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships GTM team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end GTM execution for 2-3 of ServiceNow’s most strategic technology partners. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive product launches, campaigns, events, enablement efforts, and other partner-led initiatives, ensuring that we deliver against joint commitments and maximize mutual value. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, execution, and communication. You’ll report into the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships GTM, and play a critical role in building a best-in-class partner GTM motion within one of the fastest-growing organizations at ServiceNow. What You’ll Do. Own the day-to-day execution of GTM initiatives for 2-3 strategic technology partners. Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to build and maintain joint GTM plans, including product launches, demand campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Drive detailed project planning and coordination across internal teams (marketing, sales, product, legal) to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Track performance and impact of GTM activities, providing regular updates to internal and partner stakeholders. Build trust-based relationships with key partner contacts and serve as a primary point of contact for execution needs. Proactively surface blockers, risks, and ideas for improvement. Contribute to the development of scalable processes, templates, and best practices that can be applied across the Strategic Partnerships GTM team. Participate in periodic travel to attend partner meetings, planning sessions, and joint events. Qualifications. What You Bring 5–7 years of experience in technology partnerships or alliance management, ideally in a GTM-facing role. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic mindset with a passion for execution. Prior experience in enterprise software or Saas preferred. Willingness to travel for partner events and planning sessions.
