What You Must Have. Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience. What Sets You Apart. Bachelor's Degree in Business Application Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Security, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering preferred. Certification(s) Preferred: ServiceNow Administrator, ITIL V 3 Foundation, or Project Management. Service Management, ServiceNow Process, and ServiceNow Technical experience preferred.
