Lead end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Sec. Ops, etc.), ensuring high-quality delivery. Serve as the primary client contact for engagements, building trusted relationships and managing expectations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions. Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to shape solution direction. Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, while overseeing execution by staff-level team members. Deliver sales demos to prospective clients, showcasing ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe’s approach. Support proposal development, SOW creation, and pre-sales activities. Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their technical and consulting skill growth. Contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing to enhance delivery quality. Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice-building initiatives. Desired Skills. Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.). Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/ SOAP APIs) and third-party tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills. Proven ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and guide junior staff. Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) – Preferred. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Certifications. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred. One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications – Preferred. Certified Application Developer (CAD) – a plus. Qualifications 2 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience. Ability to independently lead client projects and contribute to business development. Strong track record of delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year.
