Develops schedules for leagues and playoffs, ensures fields are ready for play, and records and posts results. Visits fields daily to oversee the maintenance and preparation of sports facilities to ensure they meet safety standards. Communicates with managers, officials and players through email or phone regularly regarding various issues or playing schedule. Addresses captains' concerns throughout the season, including issues related to spirit of the game, field conditions, league organization and team management. At least three (3) years in sports management, or administration. Valid Licenses and Certifications Required Licenses or Certifications. Valid Texas Driver License.
