Under general supervision, assists with maintenance, operating equipment, maintaining roadway infrastructure, cleaning buildings and performing minor building repairs. Operation of the equipment involves the manipulation of the controls and attachments and includes routine care and maintenance of the equipment in the field. Performs other duties as assigned. Cleans buildings, floors, bathrooms, sinks, etc. Maintains buildings, signs and fences on property, performing minor interior and exterior repair Maintains equipment and vehicles such as tractors, mowers, trucks, etc., changing oil, lubricating and making minor adjustments.
