Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner. Train new Team Members. Always maintain a clean and safe environment. Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings. Keep up to date on new policies and procedures. Maintain appearance and uniform standards. Adhere to loss prevention guidelines. Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to leadership in a timely manner. Complete all assigned tasks and achieve shift objectives. Complete fuel sale transactions in an accurate and friendly manner. Complete the Fuel Checklist daily and perform required tasks, as needed, to ensure compliance. Empty garbage cans, cigarette receptacles, and recycling machines (where applicable). Ensure exterior grounds and fuel kiosks meet company standards. Follow guidelines for cash handling, sanitation, and all other procedures. Maintain lot and walkways as needed in inclement weather. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications A great attitude that contributes positively to the work environment. Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service. Friendly demeanor with a willingness to smile - a lot. Minimum 18 years of age. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with customers and Team Members. Reliable transportation and ability to get to work on time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated. Strong attention to detail. Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather. Completion of required on-the-job training programs and learning activities within allocated timeframe. Must be alert and attentive; impairment for any reason is not permitted.
