Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:Manage customer bookings by collaborating with key stakeholders in Inside Sales, Production Planning, and Technical Services, focusing on adherence to established lead times and business and contractual agreements. Monitor and report on current business environment providing indicators on booking strength, customer-specific trends, and adherence to rules/agreements. Lead the weekly S&OP process for WCP, facilitating discussion on business challenges, leading identification of key action items, and monitoring the status of the action plans. Work to continuously improve the weekly process by recognizing key business drivers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and making month-to-month transitions fluid and seamless. Identify and facilitate Supply Chain best practices across Wheeling Thermal Solutions. Focus on inventory utilization, OTP, cost reduction, sub - contacting, and continuous improvement. Support and implement standardized processes. Implement standard measures and KPI's. Gather and analyze appropriate data to support business decisions. Learn functions of Shipping Coordinator Position, and act as a back-up when needed. Scheduling trucks and managing internal transportation flow. Supply Chain Analyst Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a procurement, inventory planning, customer service or supply chain related field. Superior co-ordination, organization, and multi - tasking skills. Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to form alliances and work across all functional areas of the company. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using Advanced Planning and Scheduling.
