Take initiative or direction from conception through execution on internal comms workstreams - Support development and execution campaigns and projects that inform employees, build engagement, support corporate objectives, and create inclusive experiences for global employees - Develop content to be published across multiple channels to reach desked and deskless employees, and advance approvals process - Support internal communications manager and team on various projects, corporate initiatives, and brand efforts - Support development of videos, visual presentations, promotional materials, and other deliverables - Support communications colleagues across internal communications as needed - Support creative storytelling methods to build awareness and excitement for employee engagement and employee communications - Ensure materials are compliant with corporate brand guidelines, across all channels. Experiences/ Education - Required - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field. - Minimum two years of communications experience, preferably in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or communications-related field. - Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative - Ability to write and develop global communications content that appeals to employees at various levels of the enterprise - Skilled at working well under pressure, adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines - Excellent organizational skills and detailed-oriented - Capable of working independently and interdependently - Ability to take initiative and direction - Possess a demonstrated work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding work - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, moderate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experiences/ Education - Desired - Web publishing experience preferred - Self-motivated to achieve excellence - Strong interpersonal skills, especially in listening, innate curiosity, problem solving, and influencing - Ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate global time zones - Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing requirements - Customer focused and results driven This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $70,350.00 - $96,732.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
