THE JOB:As a Parking Ambassador at Park MGM, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, creating a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. By greeting guests with a friendly smile, assisting with directions or valet needs, and ensuring fast, efficient service, youll help set the tone for the luxury and excitement they can expect throughout their stay. THE STARTING RATE: $14.65 per hour. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Warmly welcome all arriving guests at the parking entrance, delivering courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet services. Navigate a fast-paced environment by following established procedures and exercising sound judgment to manage traffic flow and prevent congestion. Act as a property ambassador by being well-versed in hotel amenities and offerings, as well as knowledgeable about local attractions, events, and activities to accurately assist guest inquiries. Address and resolve guest concerns within assigned authority, escalating to a supervisor when necessary. Promptly report any suspected thefts or missing items to supervisory staff and hotel security for proper investigation. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:High School Diploma or GED required 6 Months of Prior Relevant Guest Service Experience preferred. Previous experience working in a resort setting preferred.
