A Day in the Life:The Manager will play a key role directly managing the Rent 2 Buy & Ecommerce sales consultant team in the Car Sales division. This person will be responsible for engaging both the retail and remote operations, as well as managing and increasing revenue through remote e-commerce sales. In addition, this person will oversee sales efforts by leading a team of consultants that interface with both the field operations and customers. What You’ll Do:Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement plans to maximize retail, wholesale, and digital sales opportunities. Monitor performance metrics: Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. Collaborates with operations and internal stakeholders to grow ecommerce programs. Lead and manage the sales team: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. What We’re Looking For:5 years’ experience in Car Sales and Financing Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office and Automotive web tools. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. Ability to influence.
