Essential Duties and Responsibilities Solder batteries, chargers, and accessories by hand according to supervisor’s directions and work instructions. Shrink sleeve as required Apply tie wraps and strip wires as required. Maintain assigned safety equipment and hand tools. Maintain daily production records. Report product anomalies and damaged equipment. Consistently complete daily required quantities. Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years of experience as a Solderer Manufacturing experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy General Job Requirements Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.
