Insurance Compliance Analyst 2

We are evolving our compliance program, and we are looking for someone who is excited to help shape what comes next. As an Insurance Compliance Analyst, you will work side-by-side with a collaborative group of partners to support compliant forms and filings, respond to regulatory change, and strengthen audit readiness through thoughtful reviews and follow-through. You will help turn complex requirements into guidance that teams can use, so we can serve clients well while meeting our obligations with confidence and consistency, and partner with business teams to recommend improvements that reduce risk and improve how work gets done. How does this role make an impact?- Researches, develops, and documents information used in the development of business recommendations, plans and decisions. - Monitors, investigates, evaluates and analyzes legislative and regulatory requirements and changes involving insurance products. Resolves complaints when necessary. - Communicates to all necessary parties any changes for systems, documents, contract language and/or plan amendments that might be required for plan and product compliance. Trains others as necessary. Do you have what we're looking for? Experience in life, health, or annuities with exposure to regulatory or compliance requirements. The ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations to business processes and documentation. Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing forms, data, and supporting materials for accuracy. Experience documenting findings, requirements, or decisions in a clear and professional manner. Willingness to learn and perform regulatory form filing, with formal third-party training provided. Comfort working independently while collaborating with compliance, legal, and operations partners. Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
