Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. - Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
