A Scheduling Operations Analyst to: - Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department. - Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs. Education:Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Experience:Preferred - 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance, 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations Required - 1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operations.
