Execute day-to-day performance marketing campaigns and optimization across paid channels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ JOB DUTIES:1. Creates, launches, and optimizes paid campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms to drive lead generation .. Provides expertise in keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimization .. Maintains responsibility for designing and testing ad creative and landing page variations to improve conversion rates .. Establishes comprehensive campaign performance monitoring and provides regular reporting to stakeholders .. Supports budget management and bid optimization processes to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.6. Implements conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign performance and user experience .. Drives continuous improvement through data analysis and performance optimization recommendations .. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 9.
