What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or operational concerns. Monitor access points and lobby activity, assist with visitor direction and/or queue management, and report suspicious behavior according to site procedures. Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports and shift hand-off notes, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal management and site contacts. Minimum Requirements:Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
