What we expect from you What We’re Looking For - Strong interpersonal skills—you treat customers and coworkers respectfully. - Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed. - Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills. - Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right. - The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift. - Occasional lifting of 25–50 lbs is required. - Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer. - Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines. - Must be age 16 or older - Reliable transportation to and from work
