Your Role as Office Assistant II -duties include but are not limited to:Provide administrative support to the Out-of-School Time Programs Unit in various capacities. Provide legendary customer service assistance to customers, supervisors, and site staff in person, by phone and e-mail. Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, emailing, and utilizing a call center agent phone system. Prepare and type routine, difficult and/or confidential correspondence and reports. Communicate and disseminate unit wide information. Maintain unit and employee data. Schedule staff for important, deadline driven, training and certification classes. Collect, research, and communicate survey information. Generate, prepare and disseminate reports to program staff and supervisors. Proofread documents for accuracy and adherence to city-wide standards. Take meeting notes and transcribe to acceptable format to be sent unit wide. Provide technical assistance to customers and staff. Work in multiple database and software systems simultaneously. Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs. The P&R Employee Experience.
