Earn $15.20/hour to answer the phone, check in customers, and generally be the professional, positive face of our salon. Other duties may include helping keep the salon tidy in accordance with State Board requirements: sweeping, cleaning combs & guards, folding towels etc. You can expect to work Saturdays either 10 am-4 pm or 10 am-5 pm Sundays you could work 11 am-5 pm. Communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor. Process transactions and issue receipts. General knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendation. Manage the flow of customers between check in and the service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area. Manage answering phone. Inform customers about services. Update customer records with contact information.
