We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Change Management Analyst to facilitate the day-to-day operations of our change management process. You will be part of the Change Management Team within ServiceNow, ensuring every ticket is accurate, risk-assessed, and fully compliant with NIST standards before reaching production.
