We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Change Management Analyst to facilitate the day-to-day operations of our change management process. You will be part of the Change Management Team within ServiceNow, ensuring every ticket is accurate, risk-assessed, and fully compliant with NIST standards before reaching production. CAB Coordination: Assist in organizing and scribing for the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring all approvals and post-meeting notes are captured in the system. Risk Monitoring: Identify potential scheduling conflicts or high-risk windows and escalate them to technical leads and team management.
