Thur 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM - Fri 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM - Sat 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in alignment with location procedures and restricted area requirements. Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, patrol activity, and/or policy violations, and support site personnel during evacuations, severe weather events, and other critical situations. Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
