We’re looking for an experienced Communications Specialist who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll advance your skills to design, develop, and produce a variety of internal and external technical communication materials and media that support the health community. As a Communications Specialist on our team, you’ll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to communicate technical concepts and facilitate strategic communication throughout the organization. As a collaborator on all aspects of verbal and written communications, you’ll author reports, briefs, and executive presentations. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with tools like Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications and project management software. You Have: 2 years of experience developing integrated communications and communication products Experience coordinating, developing, implementing, and updating communication strategies, activities, and products, including talking points, web content, slide decks, toolkits, webinars, internal announcements, or rollout plans Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint Knowledge of 508 compliance Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/ Fitness determination based on client requirements. Bachelor's degree. Nice If You Have: Experience developing communications for data science, analytics, and AI technology solutions and programs. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including In. Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience supporting health projects Knowledge of user-centered design Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing briefings and presenting them to internal and external audiences.
