As a Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineer:You will be involved in many of the following activities: - Apply missile guidance, navigation, and control expertise to modeling and simulation - Integrate Matlab/ Simulink models into a 6-DOF C simulation - Develop high fidelity models and simulation software - Build new source code in C and Python - Modify code in C , C, Matlab, Simulink, Fortran, Python, Linux shell, and YAML - Create unit tests - Execute simulation software on a high performance computing cluster including Linux systems or V - Ms - Work in an Agile DevOps environment with Docker/ Container and Kubernetes deployment - Collaborate with the performance analysts, Flight Software team, and customer - Algorithm Development. This position will require the willingness and ability to acquire a Secret clearance - Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems - Work under only general direction. - Flight hardware experience - Familiarity with Lockheed Martin specifications, tools, and procedures - Hands-on hardware experience - Experience working with suppliers - Strong communication skills and able to effectively work with customer and suppliers. - Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. - Experience with circuit design, troubleshooting and / or circuit analysis. - Willing and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance which requires US Citizenship.
