The responsibility of this position is to write specifications and provide drawings as necessary on all major projects. Due to the nature of the maintenance work here, plans are frequently changed to meet emergency needs, or because of short notice priority changes. This position requires inspections of all buildings and grounds on a six - month basis, looking for needed maintenance items. Work schedules are made from these inspections and work orders. carpentry frame/trim work, paint and sheetrock, plastering, masonry, concrete, ceramic & terrazzo tile. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and the physical strength to perform heavy tasks.
