We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Analyst to join our System Configuration team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring alignment and optimization of Prior Authorization (PA) systems. The Quality Assurance Analyst works alongside the ITQA, IT Development, Production Support, and Clinical Configuration Teams to support defect analysis and product regression testing within CVS Health’s Medical Claims and Prior Authorization platform (Novologix). The position works closely with these teams to ensure that all identified manual test cases are performed and pass within the release window. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of test cases, preparation of test data, clarification, and communication of any findings within the System Configuration team and to IT Dev team. Required Qualifications 3 years of demonstrated experience in application development (SDLC).2 years of testing experience using multiple technologies. Knowledge of and ability to apply a wide range of software test engineering concepts 3 years exhibiting strong computer skills: MS Excel (required), Rally (preferred)Proficient in using SQL in relational databases. Change agile; willing and able to adjust individual and team direction based upon changing priorities and business need. Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications 3 years working within a Healthcare environment preferred Familiar with state and federal pharmaceutical regulations preferred Familiarity with Novologix or other prior authorization platforms preferred.
