Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and department teams - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders - Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials - Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation in accordance with policies - Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items - Serve as a liaison between departments, leaders, and external partners - Support onboarding processes, training coordination, and departmental initiatives - Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, expense reports, and vendor communication - Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information - Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency What We're Looking For. Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: Three years of progressive experience, required.
