Collect, compile, manipulate and document source data to support analysis of resource Initiates assignments and integrates analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EA - Cs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools. Develop and maintain performance reports. Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management. Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experienceSupport process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative lead for cross-business/ Center of Excellence COE engagements. Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness. Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3 years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)3 years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, V - Lookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets 3 years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced, Excel, Power. Pivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):Experience managing or supporting a Profit & Loss business. Experience with Accounting activities 3 years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)3 years of experience working with financial tools 3 years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects. Project management skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, geo-diverse team environment. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products for financial modeling and analysis. Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person. Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables.
