The Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment. Additional responsibilities include:Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally. Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments. Perform front desk duties including sign-in, visitor logs, and ID verification. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
