High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices. Availabilit to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
