Support day-to-day departmental operations and contribute to ongoing projects. Conduct research, gather data, and deliver reports as needed. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings, providing insights and an alternative perspective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges. Challenge the status-quo, ask questions and provide feedback on current processes and procedures. Connect with other Interns across the business, sharing ideas and learning from each other. Sit in Intern group meetings, events and roundtables, speaking up and sharing your experiences What You Bring. Required:Current student or graduated in the past two years from an accredited undergraduate or graduate college or university. Interested in fields like business administration, marketing, finance or a related field. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Preferred:Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI, etc.)Retail grocery experience. Work Environment.
