This position partners with the Marketing, Communication and Community Impact team to create and facilitate program management of department programs consisting of multiple projects while ensuring alignment of strategic objectives, scope, schedule and budget across the programs. Oversees large department programs consisting of multiple cross functional workstreams and/or projects of varying complexity, scope, schedule and scale. Develops, manages and continuously optimizes production framework, meets quality standards and the production of expected deliverables during all phases of the program life cycle: intake, planning, execution, review and closing. Responsible for activities of program team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Leads the department and key stakeholders to effectively coordinate program activities. Communicates with senior management and/or department leaders regarding status of specific projects, including providing monthly reporting and evaluation of overall program. Facilitates all related communications for the program. May direct activities of peer project/program/product/business managers to maintain alignment of their project(s) to the program management structure and objectives. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. About You:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant work experience required .0 or more years of experience in complex project and/or program management experience .-10 years of experience in marketing experience in Banking or Finance. Demonstrated experience managing to successful delivery of projects of varying scope, scale and complexity. Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred. Program Management Professional (Pg. MP) Preferred. Ability to manage budget tracking and conduct complex cost benefit analysis. Strong client and Senior Management and executive interface and presentation skills. Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up. Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills. Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level strategic directives into structured programs, aligning workstreams effectively. Skilled in decomposing strategic objectives into actionable projects, programs, and deliverables to drive organizational goals. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority by building trust, fostering collaboration, and communicating a compelling vision. Adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics to drive alignment and achieve shared goals. Experienced in managing vendor relationships and external resources to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Skilled monitoring performance, and fostering collaborative partnerships to drive quality, efficiency, and value delivery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated proficiency in computer software such as Project, Power Point, Excel, Word. The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000.00
