- We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer III to join our team. This highly skilled professional will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment performance to ensure consistent production. - - Key Responsibilities: - - Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to ensure that equipment operates at optimal levels Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and engineering, to identify and implement improvement opportunities that elevate equipment performance Manage repair projects, including identifying resources, timelines, and costs to meet production goals Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety within all maintenance activities Analyze equipment performance data to anticipate issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff as needed - - Qualifications - - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a relevant technical field 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with specific expertise in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC-controlled equipment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical control systems, automation, and diagnostics Proven experience in implementing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance programs Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical information clearly Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMMS software Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $92,000 - $142,000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $103,040 - $159,040.
