Support the design, organization, and maintenance of leadership development and training materials. Assist with the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and learning events (virtual and in-person). Help prepare presentations, guides, and learning resources used in leadership and training programs. Assist with post-session activities, including collecting, organizing, and summarizing participant feedback. Support project coordination by tracking materials, timelines, and deliverables across learning initiatives. Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reports related to training participation and program support. Assist with organizing learning content within learning management systems or shared repositories. Conduct light research on leadership development topics, learning resources, and best practices. Collaborate with and learn from Talent Development team members supporting: Leadership and professional development programs Learning management systems (LMS) Change management and organizational effectiveness Manufacturing and operational training initiatives Provide general administrative and project support to the Talent Development team as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in leadership development, training, or talent development. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a professional setting.
