The Coordinator, Stadium Operations plays a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day execution of stadium operations at Gwinnett Field. This position works closely with the Director and Manager of Stadium Operations to help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient ballpark environment for all events. This role is highly execution-focused and is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in stadium operations, event execution, and facility management within Minor League Baseball. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Stadium Operations Support Assist with daily ballpark operations, including setup, breakdown, and general facility readiness Support preventative maintenance tracking and completion of assigned tasks Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support event execution Event & Game Day Execution Assist in preparing the stadium for all home games and events Support in-game operations to ensure a safe and positive fan experience Help execute pre- and post-event operational plans Staff & Vendor Coordination Assist with oversight of part-time and seasonal staff (parking, janitorial, security, etc.) Support staff check-in, communication, and basic supervision during events Help coordinate third-party vendors and ensure expectations are met Cleaning & Facility Standards Monitor and support stadium cleanliness before, during, and after events Assist with inspections to ensure all areas meet operational standards Jump in as needed to support cleaning and upkeep efforts Inventory & Equipment Track and maintain operational inventory and supplies Assist with organizing storage areas and maintaining equipment condition Report needs for replacement or repair Building Systems Exposure Gain working knowledge of stadium systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Assist with monitoring and reporting issues related to building systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in stadium, venue, or facilities operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction Self-starter with a hands-on approach and positive attitude Ability to work all home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Preferred (not required): Experience working game days or events Exposure to facility or operations work OSHA, First Aid/ CPR certifications Experience working with part-time or seasonal staff.
