Acquire and share knowledge of Meat Department such as sourcing and culinary tips. Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning. Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, raw production, incidental cutting, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
