As a Commercial Electrician Journeyman in TLC’s Commercial Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical service while building strong relationships with customers and team members. This role places a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and a positive customer experience on every job. You will play a key role in representing TLC in the field while maintaining safety, productivity, and consistency in workmanship across all projects. Job Requirements Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and pricing Provide outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and expectations proactively Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Complete all service documentation, invoicing, and collections daily Coordinate with dispatch and team members to meet scheduling commitments Maintain organized tools, vehicles, and material stock Identify opportunities to upsell services that benefit the customer Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members Qualifications Valid Electrical Journeyman License (required) EE 98 J License (required) 4 years of commercial electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and installations Strong communication and customer service skills Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Salary $30 - $38 (hourly) Why choose us?
