As a Commercial HVAC Journeyman in TLC’s Commercial & Industrial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service and leadership on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, delivering high-quality work, and maintaining strong production performance. This role also includes providing guidance and direction to helpers and less experienced team members. Job Requirements Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment Perform installations, service work, and preventative maintenance Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company expectations Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals Complete all service documentation, invoicing, and collections daily Coordinate with dispatch, team members, and management to meet scheduling commitments Provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support to team members Assist with training and development of less experienced technicians Qualifications Valid HVAC Journeyman License (required) EPA Certification (required) 3 years of commercial HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Salary $30 - $38 (hourly) Why choose us?
