Prepare, file, and manage business license applications, renewals, and payments across allapplicable jurisdictions. - Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely compliance with all business license obligations. - Research and interpret licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions. - Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to gather required information and ensurecompliance. - Maintain and update internal databases or tracking tools with relevant license information andstatus. - Identify and work with management to implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyand accuracy in tax compliance. - Participate in system enhancement projects or automation initiatives related to licensing. - Act as a backup resource for sales & use and property tax teams during filing season, month-end, or other peak times. - Assist with compiling data and documentation for tax audits, as needed. Required Experience - 1 years of experience in Indirect Taxes, Accounting/ Finance, or Business Licenses - Strong organizational and analytical skills. Formal Education, Qualifications or Training.
