Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor access points, observe activity, and document incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders and reporting procedures. Support emergency response activities, assist with directional guidance and de-escalation when appropriate, and help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
