What You'll Do: Support attorneys in all phases of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and equitable distribution. Draft pleadings, certifications, motions, discovery requests/responses, Case Information Statements, and trial preparation materials. Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and compassion. Manage deadlines, maintain organized case files, and keep cases moving forward efficiently. What We're Looking For: 2 years' family law paralegal experience Strong knowledge of Utah family law rules, procedures, and filing system. Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills. A client-focused mindset with the ability to balance empathy and professionalism. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team.
