The Senior Salesforce Lead will have demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tools, a strong technical execution mindset, and experience working within a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams across the organization. This role will be hybrid 3 days a week at one of our CVS office locations. Irving, Tx. Hartford, CT - Chicago, IL - Wellesley, MANYC, NY - Required Qualifications 6 years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in a Lead role, providing day-to-day technical leadership to a development team. Responsibilities. Designs and builds solutions with a high standard of quality, applying a security-first, enterprise-scale mindset. Works closely with Agile Scrum teams and cross-functional partners while owning and influencing engineering capabilities within the assigned domain. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with engineering and product stakeholders, fostering a team-first, highly collaborative culture. Produces and drives technical designs for complex and cross-team capabilities, including automation, user experience, integrations, and security considerations. Reviews and influences design decisions impacting shared platform assets, such as common objects and fields, flows, validation rules, triggers, and shared Lightning Web Components (LW - Cs). Serves as the technical escalation point for development teams operating on the shared Salesforce platform. Acts as Code and Configuration Quality Gatekeeper, enforcing platform development standards and best practices. Defines and reviews technical implementations for CRM integrations, including API patterns, Platform Events, callouts, and middleware contracts. Provides technical leadership for release readiness, including deployment sequencing, packaging strategy, test and validation planning, and risk identification with mitigation approaches. Partners with DevOps and release tooling teams to reduce delivery friction, resolve deployment conflicts, and improve pipeline stability and reliability. Actively works to reduce platform technical debt by collaborating with application teams sharing the Salesforce org. Work independently while demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills, partnering effectively with large onsite and offshore engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II Required. Certified in Salesforce Devops Product like Copado,Auto. Rabit etc. Platform App builder will be a plus. Certification/ Experience / Knowledge on Agentforce/ Data cloud will be a plus. Education. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related Field. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type. Full time. Pay Range. The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $222,480.00
