Position description University of California, Davis Department of Theatre and Dance POSITION: The Department of Theatre and Dance is searching for a lecturer in performing arts for the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters for the 2026-27 academic year. To teach the following courses: DRA 155 A- African American Dance & Culture DRA 159- Contemporary Theatre & Drama This position encompasses a range of responsibilities centered on dance and theatre history. This member must be able to teach lecture courses, and studio courses for the Department of Theatre and Dance. The search committee is particularly interested in candidates who, through their creative work, teaching, will contribute to the inclusive excellence of the academic community. Minimum Qualifications: An PhD and experience teaching at the undergraduate level.
