Perform complete setup, changeover, and operation of roll formers, including width changes, gauge adjustments, and cutoff die changes. Set up, adjust, and operate embossing equipment to meet product specifications. Conduct all required quality checks, including dimensional verification, visual inspection, and documentation of tags, scrap, rejects, and quality forms. Maintain responsibility for the quality of material produced, ensuring compliance with prints, standards, and customer requirements. Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and material flow to downstream production lines. Safely operate and utilize all roll-forming safety devices, demonstrating strong awareness of personal and team safety. Identify worn or damaged tooling, components, or equipment and escalate or repair as appropriate to prevent downtime. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing minor repairs, and supporting maintenance teams as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold housekeeping standards across all assigned equipment. Train and mentor Roll Form Assistants, providing guidance on safe operation, quality expectations, and machine setup. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve safety. Flex between multiple roll-forming lines and equipment types based on production priorities and staffing needs. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support overall production goals. Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of Roll-Forming experience. Experience with embossers, cutoff dies, and coil-handling equipment. Background in training or mentoring production staff. Other Requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
