Ongoing professional engagement with the field of Student Affairs. Participate in annual and ongoing departmental professional staff trainings. What You Bring. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field preferred 1–2 years of experience working directly with college students (graduate assistantships considered)Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and facilitate student learning in both formal and informal settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and support students with a wide range of experiences and perspectives. Sound judgment and ability to manage complex student situations with professionalism. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Compensation & Position Details. Salary Range: $43,000 – $43,940 annually (DOE)Status: Full-time, live-in position. Appointment: 10 months, mid-August to mid-June. Department: Residence Life & Office of Student Involvement and Leadership.
