Drive the day-to-day product decisions for one of the world's most widely used behavioral frameworks — a platform where what you ship affects how people understand their own potential Partner with behavioral scientists, engineers and designers to translate the science of human strengths into intuitive, meaningful product experiences Contribute to the ongoing evolution of how strengths are surfaced, personalized and applied, from assessment to action Gather and synthesize customer insights, define MVP scope, and prioritize features based on user impact and strategic value Launch new product functionality that addresses real pain points for individuals, coaches and enterprise clients Manage project timelines, resources and progress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Communicate product vision and progress to leaders, internal teams and customers Collaborate closely with engineers and designers, leveraging technical fluency to drive sound decisions Monitor the broader strengths, coaching and human potential landscape and help define what it means for Clifton. What You Need Bachelor’s degree required At least two years of product management experience including hands-on work across the product life cycle from concept through launch required Familiarity with modern product management methodologies and iterative delivery practices required A track record of shipping features that real users love required A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days per week required Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
