Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Elkhart, IN fill multiple production line worker openings 1st shift - 6 a-2 p $15.40/hour 2nd shift - 2 p-10 p $15.40/hour 3rd shift - 10 p-6 a $15.40/hour. Key Responsibilities:Assembly: Carry out assembly tasks on the production line, following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues promptly. Packaging: Responsible for packaging finished products, labeling, and preparing them for shipment according to specified guidelines. Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment relevant to the production process, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions. Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to supervisors. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Documentation: Complete production logs, reports, and other relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and production continuity.
